Ngau ( long sword)
Long sword was used on elephant back, the techniques associated with the move are thrusting either side.
Ram Kru, 4 directions to Lord Brom (Lord Brahma)

From starting from the floor, you then stand up and go in 4 directions. All display skills are started with dance offerings to Teacher, king and God.

(Duat Prom = checking the troops)

The positions are made has if to have complete control over your army before leading them into battle

(Chor Chor = stroking the long beard)


A classical position as seen in Thai dance, one has to have mastery over balance. The beard is stroked then the hand with the thumb and for finger touches together as in yoga

ชันธง

(Chun Tom = waving the flag)

One takes the Ngau around to the other side of your body, this represents the a flag being shown to your opposing force.
